2 bell pepper rings
1 tbs. mint
1 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
1/4 oz lemon juice (or orange)
1 1/2 vodka
3/4 oz Galliano

1. Muddle mint & bell pepper with juices.
2. Add ice, vodka & Galliano.
3. Shake & strain.

CUCUMBER SPAJITO

2 oz Square One Cucumber Vodka
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Agave Nectar
6 sprigs mint leaves
Club soda to taste
Strips of cucumber

1. Muddle mint leaves, cucumber & ice.
2. Muddle a couple of mint leaves in mixing glass.
3. Pour ingredients, shake with ice and strain.
 

ULTIMATE BELL PEPPER

2 oz Midori melon liqueur
2 oz blue curacao
Sprite or 7up
slice of lime

1. Mix Midori & blue curacao.
2. Add Sprite.
3. Stir well.
4. Garnish with lime.

NECTARINE & HONEY

ELECTRIC POPSICLE

1 1/2 oz vodka
1 oz honey (half honey/half water)
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 nectarine sliced
Club soda

1. Muddle nectarine & honey.
2. Add vodka & lemon juice.
3. Stir.
4. Top with ice & club soda.

1/2 lime, quartered
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 1/2 oz Cachaca
1 cup ice cubes

1. Muddle the sugar into the lime wedges in a old fashioned glass.
2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
3. Pour Cachaca into glass.
4. Stir well.

PINEAPPLE UPSIDEDOWN CAKE

CAIPIRINHA

1 part UV Cake vodka
1 part pineapple juice

1. Combine ingredients in a glass.
2. Stir well.
3. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
